School of Law, Raffles University, Neemrana in collaboration with Surana and Surana International Attorneys organised the Labour Law Moot Court Competition from March 16 to 18, 2018. 16 Law Schools across India participated. Chief Guest: Prof. (Dr.) Paramjit S. Jaswal. Guest of Honour: Dr. Justice Meena V. Gomber.
Held on 6 April 2018 at Raffles University. Hon’ble Chief Justice Mr. Vinod Shankar Dave, Former Judge, Rajasthan High Court was the Chief Guest.
Held on 30-31 March 2019. Chief Guest: Hon’ble Mr. Justice V.S. Dave. Hosted in collaboration with Rajasthan Education Trust. Eminent personalities graced the event.

Raffles University, Neemrana successfully organized the 10th C. L. Agrawal Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2026 from 13th to 15th March 2026 at the Raffles Law School. The prestigious three-day national-level event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 24 teams representing leading law institutions across India, making it one of the University’s flagship academic events. The competition, organized in collaboration with the Rajasthan Education Trust, aims to provide law students with a platform to develop advocacy, legal research, and analytical skills through simulated court proceedings. The competition is held in memory of Late Shri C. L. Agrawal, a distinguished jurist who made significant contributions to legal education in India. He was also associated with the First Law Commission of India and the Bar Council of India. Inaugural Ceremony (13 March 2026) The competition commenced with a grand inaugural ceremony graced by Hon’ble Dr. Justice Meena V. Gomber, Chairperson, Gomber Education Foundation, as the Chief Guest. In her address, she emphasized the growing importance of regulating online gaming and its intersection with constitutional and statutory frameworks. Prof. (Dr.) Rajender Singh Sangwan, President highlighted the significance of moot court exercises in shaping future legal professionals by enhancing advocacy and courtroom skills. The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Pranay Kumar Aditya, Dean, Raffles Law School. The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Namrata Yadav. The event was attended by university officials, including the Registrar, Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and participating students. Following the ceremony, the competition formally commenced with multiple rounds of rigorous mooting sessions. Valedictory Ceremony (15 March 2026) The competition concluded with a grand valedictory ceremony held at the University Auditorium on 15 March 2026. The Chief Guest, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Mehta, shared valuable insights on the evolving role of technology in the legal system, particularly concerning online gaming. He also guided students on effective mooting techniques and professional growth. Hon’ble Mr. Justice V. S. Dave, at the age of 97, inspired participants with his vast experience and dedication to the legal profession. Hon’ble Dr. Justice Meena V. Gomber addressed the societal impact of online gaming, especially on youth, emphasizing responsible regulation. Mr. Dinesh C. Agrawal reflected on the legacy of his father, Mr. C. L.
