The LL.M 1-year programme is suitable for individuals who, after LL.B or 5 Year Law program wish to further their legal career or develop an expertise in legal studies. The programme covers a wide range of legal subjects, providing students with a broad understanding of the law.
The duration for both LLM is one-year, where students get to explore Law in depth.
One academic year is divided into two semesters. The odd semesters range from July to December and the even semesters from February to June.

To be eligible for admission to the LL.M. Programme, a candidate should have passed a 3-year or 5-year Law Degree from a recognised University with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (48% in case of reserved categories, i.e., SC/ST candidates).
Students who complete LL.M successfully are awarded a degree in Master of Laws (LL.M).
