The BA.LL.B (Hons.) 5 Years programme is an integrated undergraduate law degree that combines the study of Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Law (LL.B) into a single curriculum. Envisioning career in the legal field, it is a popular choice among students who desire to enter the legal corridors directly after completion of 12th standard.
The course aims to provide students with an understanding of the various concepts and theories in the humanities and their relationship with the law.
The BA.LL.B Programme is a five year course. Each academic year is divided into two semesters. The odd semesters range from July to December and the even semesters from February to June.
Minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants, to be obtained for the qualifying examination, i.e.10 +2 Examination in case of Integrated Five Years’ course.
